Terms of Use
Last updated: July 21, 2026
1. Who we are
Quirae Services (“the Platform”) is operated by Quirae Trading Industry OPC (“Quirae”, “we”), a company registered in the Philippines. The Platform is a venue that connects customers with independent service providers.
2. The platform is a venue, not the service provider
Providers on the Platform are independent businesses or individuals. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Quirae. We review storefronts before they go live and may remove providers, but we do not supervise, direct, or control the services they deliver, and we do not guarantee their quality, safety, legality, or completion.
3. Bookings and payments
A booking request becomes an appointment only when the provider confirms it. Prices shown on listings are starting rates; the final price is agreed between you and the provider. Quirae does not process payments, hold funds, or charge either side fees during the community phase. Pay the provider directly and get your own proof of payment.
4. Accounts
You must give accurate information when registering and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, abuse other users, or misrepresent their services.
5. Provider obligations
Providers must describe their services truthfully, hold whatever licenses or permits their trade requires, honor confirmed bookings or cancel them promptly, and comply with Philippine law, including tax and consumer-protection obligations. Listing on the Platform does not transfer any of these obligations to Quirae.
6. Messaging
Booking chats exist to arrange services. Do not use them for spam, harassment, or unlawful content. Chats are stored on our servers and may be reviewed when a dispute or abuse report requires it.
7. Disputes between customers and providers
Disagreements about a service, its price, or its outcome are between you and the provider. We may help with contact information or remove a provider from the Platform, but we are not obliged to mediate and are not liable for the outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Quirae is not liable for damages arising from services booked through the Platform, including property damage, personal injury, losses from missed appointments, or disputes over payment. The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to Quirae Trading Industry OPC through the corporate site. See also the Privacy Policy.
